Please note that at a motion was filed and posted 7 days prior to our monthly meeting therefore initiating a vote and debate on said motion at the meeting of May 2nd 2023. the motion is as follows:
The Executive board motions purchasing OWL 3 TECHNOLOGY video conference equipment at a cost of $2500 pls tax and motion to purchase retractable banners for the EFAP at a cost of $5000 pls taxes.
